SIMO Analysis Services No Longer Available

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the RDP Agent software developed by SIMO can no longer be used to submit analyses to RDP due to changes in policies at CME. In short, scripting of RDP web services is no longer allowed, and IP addresses of computers that attempt to script access to RDP web services are being actively blocked effective 3/12/2012. Programmatic access to RDP SeqMatch is possible via SOAP protocols, but no plans are currently in place to modify SIMO RDP Agent to use these services because the SIMO project has officially ended.

Please visit the RDP website or alternative sites such as GreenGenes for other options for library sequence classification.
